Terms & Conditions

1. The Events

These Terms cover every event organised under the KAMAYA name: Kamaya Festival (Agia Triada Beach, Cyprus) and Kamaya Boutique dates (the venue, city and hours are stated on each event page). All Kamaya events are 18+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry, and entry may be refused without one, without refund.

2. Tickets

Tickets are sold exclusively through our third-party ticketing partners (rsrvin.com for Cyprus; the partner named on each event page). Your ticket purchase is subject to that partner's own terms of sale in addition to these Terms. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial purposes (including competitions or promotions) without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained in breach of this clause without refund.

3. Entry conditions and searches

Entry may be subject to a security search. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: illegal substances, weapons of any kind, glass containers, and professional recording equipment without prior accreditation.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in breach of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without refund.

4. Photography, filming, and recording

By attending an Event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording will take place throughout the venue for promotional and archival purposes, and you consent to your image, likeness, and voice being captured and used by KAMAYA in future marketing materials (including on this Site and our social media channels) without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our on-site staff, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle crowd shots.

5. Line-up and schedule changes

The advertised line-up, running order, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances outside our control (including artist unavailability). Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

6. Cancellation, postponement, and force majeure

In the event an Event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or public safety concerns), tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled date, or refunds will be processed via the ticketing partner in accordance with their policy.

7. Assumption of risk and liability

Attendance at an outdoor event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to weather exposure, crowd density, and uneven terrain. To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, SMM LUXURY DEVELOPERS LTD is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from your attendance at an Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at the venue.

8. Website use and intellectual property

All content on this Site, including logos, artwork, photography, and text, is the property of SMM LUXURY DEVELOPERS LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or an Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
